    These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Learn To Fly website and services operated by Why Go Digital Limited. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

    Use of the Website

    You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.

    Intellectual Property

    All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Learn To Fly and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

    Subscription Plans & Payments

    Learn To Fly offers three advertising subscription tiers for Flight Schools, Aviation Businesses, and Aeromedical Examiners (AMEs):

    • Standard (Low Altitude) — £24.99/month: Basic directory listing with general business information and one image.
    • Premium (Medium Altitude) — £59.99/month: Enhanced listing with up to 5 images, course information, and aircraft details.
    • Premium Plus (High Altitude) — £89.99/month: Full-featured listing with up to 10 images plus video, customer reviews, pricing information, full airfield and facilities data.

    All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Payments in USD ($) and EUR (€) are also accepted at the equivalent rate displayed at the time of checkout.

    Payments are processed securely via our integrated payment provider, Revolut. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges to your nominated payment card. Card details (brand and last four digits) are stored securely for billing management purposes; full card numbers are never stored on our systems.

    Billing Cycle & Renewal

    Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis from the date of initial payment. Each billing cycle runs for one calendar month. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal.

    Subscription Upgrades

    You may upgrade your subscription tier at any time through your account dashboard. Upgrade requests are scheduled to take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Until the new cycle begins, your current tier and its associated features will remain active. The new tier's pricing will apply from the next payment date.

    Subscription Downgrades

    You may downgrade your subscription tier at any time through your account dashboard. Downgrade requests are scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to all features of your current tier until the cycle expires. From the next billing date, your listing will reflect the features and pricing of the lower tier. Any listing content that exceeds the limits of the new tier (e.g. additional images, video, pricing data) may be hidden from public view until you upgrade again or remove the excess content.

    Subscription Cancellations

    You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will continue to have access to your subscription features until that date. No pro-rata refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing period. Once cancelled, your listing will be removed from the public directory and your account will revert to an inactive state. You may re-subscribe at any time by selecting a new plan through your dashboard.

    Refunds

    Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. For full details, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

    Account Approval & Listing Review

    All new accounts require administrator approval before the dashboard becomes accessible. Submitted listings are reviewed by our team and may be approved, rejected, or returned with an edit request. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that does not meet our quality standards or contains inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content.

    Limitation of Liability

    We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or services. Learn To Fly is a directory and lead-generation platform; we do not provide flight training, medical examinations, or any aviation services directly.

    Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to subscription pricing or billing terms will be communicated to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
